The first step

Government allocation announcement

District funded funds were provided to the Ministry of Social Welfare of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to provide financial support to the distressed people of the country. In the sub-allotment letter from the Social Welfare Office, the matter was informed to the municipality / union parishad. According to this letter, how many people will be given the old allowance of Tullekh.

 

Second step

The list of the poor people is ready

After receiving the letter of the Deputy Commissioner, Mayor Mahodaya convened a special meeting on this. The quota of the public representatives was decided in the meeting. According to the prescribed quota, the public representatives are asked to list the people who are eligible to receive their respective area allowances. Representatives of the people of the respective areas, identify and list the people and submit their list within the prescribed days.

 

The third step

List Finishing

After getting the complete list, every ward committee meeting is called. A 5/7 member ward committee was formed by the chairman of the respected members. The list was finalized after the selection was completed. After this, the list was sent to the Social Services office.
